Composition

Sodium fluoride 0.315% w/w (1450 ppm fluoride) and calcium and sodium phosphosilicate (NOVAMIN) 5% w/w.

Directions for use

Brush your teeth twice a day, and no more than three times. Avoid swallowing the toothpaste and spit it out. Close the cap tightly after each use to protect the contents from moisture.

For faster relief from sensitivity, apply a small amount to the sensitive area with your fingertip and leave it on for one minute before brushing. Use daily to maintain protection.
