To maintain the whitening effect, reduce your consumption of coffee, tea, wine and tobacco, and rinse your mouth with water after consuming them.

Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying problem requiring immediate attention from a dentist. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. The flaps of the case are sealed: do not use if they are damaged.
