How to use each breast milk bag?

Write the details before opening the seal. Pour the milk in without touching the inside and do not exceed the 180 ml mark. Squeeze out the air and check that the double seal is completely sealed. To freeze, lay the bag flat. Defrost in the fridge, under lukewarm running water or using a bottle warmer with this function.

Instructions for use

With the bag empty, write your name, the date, time and quantity using a pen or permanent marker (not a felt-tip pen). Open by tearing the seal and pull apart the zip without touching the inside. Pour the milk from a clean container or express it directly by attaching the MAM Manual or 2in1 breast pump to the bag, without exceeding the 180 ml mark. Remove the air and close the double zip completely. Cool the milk to 25 °C or below before storing. Freeze the bags lying flat, separated with kitchen paper to prevent them from sticking together. Defrost in the fridge overnight, under warm running water or using a bottle warmer with a defrost function, and pour from one corner.
