It is a vegan food supplement in liquid form. Each pack contains 20 x 10 ml vials with extracts of ashwagandha, rhodiola, sea buckthorn and saffron, as well as vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B6, biotin and B12.
The formula provides vitamin B and vitamin C. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, biotin and B12 play a role in normal metabolic functions; several of them contribute to energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The B-group vitamins included contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. This effect relates to the nutrients and does not imply a guaranteed clinical outcome.
The recommended dose is one vial per day. It can be taken directly or diluted in water or juice. Shake if indicated on the packaging.
