Bonusan Lactoferrin Iron Complex is a food supplement for adults. Each capsule combines CLN® lactoferrin derived from milk, iron bisglycinate and vitamin C.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen and to energy metabolism. It also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron.
Per capsule: 150 mg of CLN® lactoferrin, 15 mg of iron as bisglycinate and 80 mg of vitamin C as magnesium ascorbate. Contains milk.
Take one capsule a day. The manufacturer recommends taking it with a light, easily digestible snack.
